At NEUROVOID, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes selected at checkout or change of mind. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective

You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error

To raise a claim, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.
